One of the first German stoner rock bands is back with their original
line-up since they split in 2007!

Duster 69 surprised the scene in 1999 with a split 7″ single with Calamus on Daredevil Records. During this time the
stoner rock scene was exploding with bands like Dozer, Slo Burn, Unida, and QOTSA. With that first release, Daredevil Records was born.

In the same year, the debut album Interstellar Burst was released and received huge feedback around the world, especially from North America and Europe.

The second album, called “II” followed with some shows with Mammoth Mammoth, Dozer, Calamus, Subversion, and Colour Haze among others. A new singer was added to the lineup in 2001. Shows with Karma To Burn, Sixty Watt Shaman, and a tour with Sunride followed.

A split 10″ / CD with The Awesome Machine was the first output from the new line-up, and was highlighted on the biggest stoner rock festival, the 2nd Stoned From The Underground festival in 2002. A legendary tour with Magnified Eye and Zerocharisma followed.

After that, the band worked on their 3rd full-length album Ride The Silver Horses, which was released through Die Tonmeisterei / Soulfood and was mastered by the legendary Alan Douches in New Jersey. The feedback was huge. The band appeared on a Rock Hard magazine compilation and on two of the most important stoner rock compilations ever, The Mighty Desert Rock Avengers on People Like You Records and Burn The Street on Daredevil Records!

After that was a full packed German tour with Sparanza and Hell N’ Diesel. and after that was a tour with Mother Misery followed by some single shows with Vic Du Monte, We, El Caco, and Yawning Man.

The next release was a split CD with Swedish rockers Rickshaw on W*uck Records (Italy). Then the last album Angel King was released on Sleaszy Rider Records (Greece) in 2007. Following the Going Into Red EP in 2007, the band split up. As a big thank you to all supporters they released the farewell album Nothing Left on Sleaszy Rider Records featuring some guests from Disengage, Sparanza, Mother Misery, and Calamus.

In 2020, they started to play again and in 2021 two new songs were released on a clear 8″ single on No Balls Records. The songs were mastered by Claudio Gruer (Yawning Man, Mondo Generator, Nick Oliveri, Brant Bjork) in Rome, Italy.
